Whereas this v3 feature was supposed to improve performance, it has had performance impacts of its own. Under limited circumstances it may be advantageous to Disable NQR, which can be achieved with CommandLine option -traceflags=DISABLENQR, or by specifying option TESTFLAG DISABLENQR in Dsm.opt.
(Advice: Do not enable this in all of your option files, as NQR is often the better choice.) Note that this option will make the Restoral non-restartable.
